As
the team’s Transaction Coordinator, once your home goes into
escrow you and I will be working closely together! I’m
responsible for managing the transaction process, which frees up
Dave, Sonya, and Odete to do what they do best—list and sell. I
maintain all escrow files and the processing of all information
and documents pertaining to the sale of a home. I also keep in
contact with all parties involved in the sale of your home,
including other agents, the buyer, escrow companies, and
mortgage companies. As the transaction coordinator, I’m always
on top of what is going on in all aspects of the buying process
and can help to answer any questions that you may have along the
way. I also handle all administrative duties of the Re/Max
office making sure that we have a smooth-running company.
